2. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for site assessments
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for installation
• Ensure safe access to your property for our technicians
• Maintain the solar system according to our guidelines
• Pay all agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

3. Pricing and Payment

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions and requirements.

Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to commence work
• Progress Payments: Additional payments may be required at project milestones
• Final Payment: Balance due upon completion and before system activation
• Financing: Payment plans available subject to credit approval

4. Warranties

Product Warranties

Solar panels and inverters come with manufacturer warranties typically ranging from 10-25 years. Specific warranty terms are provided in your installation agreement.

Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on all installations, covering defects in installation workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Acts of nature (lightning, floods, extreme weather)
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to follow maintenance guidelines

5. Site Assessments and Surveys

We conduct preliminary site assessments to provide accurate quotes. These assessments are based on visible conditions and may not reveal all potential issues. ZangoSolar is not responsible for conditions that could not be reasonably detected during assessment.

6. Installation and Completion

Timeline

Installation timelines are estimates based on typical conditions. Delays may occur due to weather, permit processing, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZangoSolar shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruptions
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the Services
• Third-party actions or omissions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ZangoSolar or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination by the customer, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials ordered.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZangoSolar from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our Services.

12. Force Majeure

ZangoSolar is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
